Hahaha, I have two Moleskines sitting on my desk, still in the plastic wrap, because I’m too worried about putting something lame on the first page. I keep getting those Piccadilly books (pretty much identical to Moleskine, but cheaper) at Borders for like $5, and I’ll fill one up in a few weeks – but I can never bring myself to touch the Moleskine. Really glad I’m not the only one on the planet with this issue!

I still have an extremely expensive moleskin that is half empty, although i bought it a year ago :) I’m using cheap ones for my ideas, dunno, feel safer ;)

HAHA! had the very same thing when I bought my FIRST moleskine a few weeks ago. I found the book so pure, that I was afraid to draw and write in it.

But it takes a while to get comfortable with the fact it’s really YOUR book, and you can do whatever you want with it :)
