Design History is a great site by Nancy Stock-Allen that provides a brief outline of the history of graphic design. This site it short, to the point and much less intimidating than a textbook!

    In case i’m the first one to tell you you’re psychic, well… you actually are. About an hour ago i was thinking that I should research a little about the history of design, but really didn’t know where to start…

    It’s pretty creepy, actually- right on time :)
